This is a call for art exploring the multiple facets of gender.
Some submission topics include:
What is "Gender" and what does it mean to you?
How many different genders are there?
What are the stereotypes or implications of this gender(s)?
In terms of dress and body language, what is the look of the specific gender(s)?
If you had the ability to, would you change your gender?
Submissions do NOT have to be limited to the above prompts. Please feel free to get creative!
Anyone who submits art will receive a copy of the complete Zine once it is finished.
We are aiming to have at least one submission from each continent, and meet our goal of having 200 submissions turned in to us
Submission size requirements:
8.5 x 11 maximum size for pieces mailed in
Photographs of larger submissions accepted
We will Accept:
Digital Art
Traditional Art
Poetry/Prose
Paintings
Cartoons/Comics
Facial Art
Film/Animation
Music & Music Videos (MUST be sent on a rip-able CD)
Pretty much anything you can think of!
